Reference is made to stock exchange notice regarding completion of private placement of NOK 10 million dated 5 July 2016.
The share capital increase related to the private placement has now been registered with The Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
The new share capital in Induct AS is NOK 741,106.40 split by 7,411,064 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.10.
