About Xpedite

It is impossible to overstate the importance of innovation: it is the story of man's progress.

Whether the object of innovation is a product, a service, a process or a business model; whether the focus is on market, offering, marketing, channel or customer experience; whether the intent is incremental refinement or radical innovation; and whether your organisation is a business unit, a globally networked corporation or a government, it has become clear that "innovation" needs definition and management to become successful and sustainable.

To achieve this, we believe that innovation must now become an end-to-end capability.

Xpedite® Innovations Management Consulting services are rooted in the cumulative experience and know-how embedded in the Xpedite® high-throughput innovations management process developed and practised by NHS Innovations London (NHSIL).

Our mission is to enable governments, organisations and businesses to realise greater returns from their investment in innovation.

We achieve this by showing our clients how to build, strengthen and operate innovation capability that reduces time to market and increases both output volume and value. The scope of our guidance includes pipeline development; evaluation practices; capacity, capability and connection; portfolio and performance management and technology platform.

Established at the end of 2005, NHS Innovations London is an innovations management and medical product development company dedicated to identifying, developing and commercialising inventions - therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, assistive technologies and software - coming from over 100 NHS hospitals across London.

NHSIL developed Xpedite® to provide a rigorous and rapid process for progressing these innovations successfully towards commercial outcomes; de-risking early-stage product development to allow more rapid uptake by industry and following investors.

We are now also exploring how to help healthcare organisations achieve higher service quality and greater efficiency. We envisage that Induct software's platform will be at the heart of everyone-driven, online innovation communities focused on ideas for operational improvement and for service innovation in healthcare, in London and beyond.

To explore how to build, strengthen and operate your innovation capability for greater throughput and return, please give me a call.
