Induct has a highly configurable administration module.  With no knowledge of coding required, and with minimal effort, the Induct solution can be customised to suit your organisation's needs, whether you represent a small project group, an academic research or a large corporate multinational.

Induct enables you to design and implement your own best practice innovation processes from strategy to implementation and follow up. In addition, you can include your guidelines, create default tasks and templates, define evaluation methods and create scorecards. All these features can be customized and linked to multiple pre-defined types of innovation. You can also decide to use our customizable categorization data fields for easier sorting and evaluation processes. In addition, Induct supports an "areas of responsibilities"-feature, where you can define “themes” across locations, hierarchy and departments.

Through the structured process configuration, with proper access clearance, all ideas, challenges, tasks, comments, and profiles can be made accessible and visible to all participants. In this way, employees that do not know one another can innovate together. Additionally, they can include and interact with people outside the company to realize the full potential of open innovation.
